I’m Jessica Cobus, your new strength coach and integrative health guide. My approach blends science-based training with holistic coaching to help you move better, feel stronger, and thrive in your body.

I believe we’re all athletes in our own way—and real fitness is about showing up for life with energy, strength, and confidence.

As a Muay Thai athlete and NSCA-certified coach, I help busy people cut through the noise and build strong, capable bodies—without burnout or quick fixes.

How long is the coaching program?
Each cohort runs for 8 weeks. You’ll be supported every step of the way with structured programming, accountability tools, and expert coaching.

Our Q3 cohort begins on July 28 and runs through September 23.

What if I miss this round?
Spots are limited per cohort, but you can join the waitlist for the next one (Q4: October 2025).
